If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send return instructions — pack the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Final sale items, intimate apparel, swimwear, pierced jewelry, and customised or personalised items cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for a different size or colour.
